Loma는 당사로부터 직접 또는 온/오프라인 공식 판매점을 통해 구매한 모든 Loma PERFUME에 대해 2년 무상 교환을 보증합니다. 모든 규정은 일반적 소비자 분쟁 해결 기준에 따릅니다.
2년 무상 보증
구매일로부터 2년간, 정상적인 사용 중 제품 제조상의 결함으로 하자가 발생한 고장인 경우 무상으로 교환해 드립니다.
다음에서 2년 제품 보증이 가능합니다.
- 충전 및 작동 상의 불량
- 단계 조절의 불량
- 그 외 Loma 공식 엔지니어가 인정하는 기기상의 결함 및 하자
다음에서 보증기간이 적용되지 않습니다.
- '로마 스토어'나 공식 판매점이 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 혹은 중고품을 구매한 경우
- 가이드에 적힌 주의사항을 지키지 않아 발생한 고장인 경우
- 사용자 관리 부주의(오용 또는 방치 등)로 인한 실리콘 이염 등의 외관상 변화
- 사용 중 고객 부주의로 인한 찢김, 찍힘 등의 내/외부 파손 및 제품 분실
- 개봉하지 않은 제품의 경우 구매일로부터 7일 이내 반품/환불 접수 후 진행됩니다.
- 제품을 개봉한 경우 제품 특성상 재판매가 불가하므로 단순 변심으로 인한 반품 및 환불이 불가합니다.
- 보증 기간 내 보증 요청 시 당사는 자체 재량으로 해당 제품을 새 제품으로 교환하거나 구매 가격을 고객에게 변제할 수 있으며, 당사가 제품 교환를 진행하는 경우, 기존 제품의 동일한 종류, 품질 및 동일 유형의 새제품으로 대체됩니다.
- 보증을 통한 무상 교환 발생 시 해당 제품 생산이 중단되거나 재고가 없는 경우 동일한 모델의 다른 색상 또는 동일한 가치에 따르는 교환만 가능합니다.

Loma guarantees a 2-year free exchange for all Loma PERFUME products purchased directly from us or through an official online/offline retailer. All regulations comply with general consumer dispute resolution standards of South Korea.
2 years of free warranty
If product is discovered faulty due to faulty manufacture during normal use within two years from the date of purchase, we will exchange the product free of charge.
2-year free warranty would be provided under the following conditions:
- Defects in charging and operation.
- Inconvenience in level adjustment
- Other defects in recognized by Loma's official engineer.
The warranty period does not apply to the following:
- If bought second-hand, or purchased through channels other than Loma Store or official venues,
- In the case of malfunction caused by failure to comply with the precautions stated in the guide,
- Cosmetic deterioration (such as silicone stains) caused by fair wear and tear or damaged by negligence, accident, or misuse,
- Damage inside/outside the product (such as tears or scratches) due to negligence, accident or misuse, and product lost.
- Unopened products can be returned/refunded within 7 days from the date of product receival.
- Return or exchange of opened pleasure products are not accepted.
- Upon requesting warranty service within the warranty period, we will replace the product with the same new product or reimburse the purchase price to the customer. If production of the product is discontinued or out of stock, products that hold similar values are available for exchange.
- Proof of purchase such as receipts, sale slips, and bank accounts with the purchase year and month printed may be needed when requesting a refund.
