Loma guarantees a 2-year free exchange and an 8-year paid exchange for all Loma Easy-fit products purchased directly from us or through an official online/offline retailer. All regulations comply with general consumer dispute resolution standards of South Korea.
2 years of free warranty
If product is discovered faulty due to faulty manufacture during normal use within two years from the date of purchase, we will exchange the product free of charge.
8 years of paid quality warranty
After the 2-year product guarantee ends, you can receive quality guarantee services if the product breaks down or becomes difficult to use. This allows you to purchase the same product at 50% of the regular price at Loma Store.
2-year free warranty and 8-year warranty would be provided under the following conditions:
- Defects in charging and operation.
- Inconvenience in level adjustment
- Other defects in recognized by Loma’s official engineer.
The warranty period does not apply to the following:
- If bought second-hand, or purchased through channels other than Loma Store or official venues,
- In the case of malfunction caused by failure to comply with the precautions stated in the guide,
- Cosmetic deterioration (such as silicone stains) caused by fair wear and tear or damaged by negligence, accident, or misuse,
- Damage inside/outside the product (such as tears or scratches) due to negligence, accident or misuse, and product lost.
— Unopened products can be returned/refunded within 7 days from the date of product receival.
— Return or exchange of opened pleasure products are not accepted.
— Upon requesting warranty service within the warranty period, we will replace the product with the same new product or reimburse the purchase price to the customer. If production of the product is discontinued or out of stock, products that hold similar values are available for exchange.
— Proof of purchase such as receipts, sale slips, and bank accounts with the purchase year and month printed may be needed when requesting a refund.
